LOL!
We went to a mine near Scranton, PA and bought a clock made out of anthracite. It’s gorgeous! Looks like onyx, actually.

The house I grew up in had a small room in the cellar that was once used for coal storage. They put the oil burner in it!

Nope. It’s written right into the bill. Carbon sequestration (not even developed) is mandated, however, a coal plant with higher than 250 Mgw (this one is 600) cannot sequester in land that may have state conservational value. The limestone quarry is one of the largest deposits of limestone in the world—(limestone is used in scrubbing to create clean coal)—I checked to see if there was a state conservation group for limestone—limestone beds are called Karst land—Michigan Karst Conservancy-—Kablam. Poof.

Hey, Boss? Could I take this opportunity to let you know how much you mean to us? You are a FANTASTIC American!

I’m not suckin’ up, just speaking my mind. What’s left of it, anyway. =)

That’s correct, limestone works. If they don’t allow the coal plant they are NUTS!

right. the plant is proposed in the largest limestone quarry in the world on a deep water port on lake huron. It means a lot. This bill kills it dead.
