No excuse for that. Trotta's old enough to remember that nobody held it against Slick, when he was rapist governor of Arkinsaw, that he had Zero experience in foreign policy.

Same thing was true of Jack Kennedy. Lyndon Johnson was no paragon of world affairs, either. Jimmuh? Don't make me laugh.

Dan Quayle, on the other hand, could run rings around all those guys on foreign and defense issues, issues like nuclear weapons policy and disarmament. Did that count? Noooo!

Yeah, I remember when Danny was on the space committee. He wanted to send a satellite to orbit the sun. Informed that it would be too dangerous, he suggested performing the mission at night.
