But why don't you hold off on the whole "reporting" thing until you have some verified facts? --
Max Blumenthal is no journalist. He's a hack, and this is merely another hit piece. That said, the [very few] facts he reports in this piece are verifiable.

Journalists today just go on rumor, innuendo, and "some folks say" Not to mention "anonymous sources" and "officials who spoke on the condition of anonymity".....
There was a time in this country when editors would not go to print with such weak sources. Laimstream media nowadays is nothing more than an electronic gossip fence.....

My first question is IS THERE ANOTHER QUALITY SUPPLIER IN THE AREA? Here in Reno which is bigger than Wasilla and Anchorage combined there are now only three lumber yards left. One sucks the other two compete well. IF SBS is the only decent supplier then who cares.

Alaska is a giant state with a small population. How many contractors are available to do anything?
To: Servant of the Cross
New rule. When Sarah Palin is mentioned in the title of a thread, there has to be a picture of her posted in the thread.
Since you know how to post pictures and I don’t, can you please put one of Sarah on here too? Maybe two?

I think Hawk720 likes to spread manure about Palin...

Keeping in mind that the MSM is the DNC, I ignore them until they have facts to present.

And just how many construction material suppliers are their in that part of the country. Id wager not many...Actually, there appears to be 67 buiding contractors listed in the Wasilla yellow pages. About 40 of them are within a half hour's drive. Spenard Building Supplies claims to be Alaska's largest building materials supplier so could very easily come in under other bids for the contract for their house and for the Sports Complex. It's not like a small local or family run business could take on such a huge project as a sports complex so bidders would be limited. Since they are also statewide, they have the funds to sponsor Todd and I would imagine they also sponsor local school sports and advertize with professional teams.

CNN seems interested is spreading this rumor....would have been nice had they been interested in vetting candidate Obama. I have some questions...like, where was he born? Howd he get into the Ivy League? Was it affirmative action? What drugs did he take in college? Did he sell drugs? How/why did his wife get a $100,000 per year pay increase after his state senate committee found $2 mil for her hospital? What was Rezkos role in his mortgage...$2 million dollar home on the pay of a state senator? What water did Obama carry for the Daley machine? Why is nobody interested in this stuff? Funny who gets investigated isnt it? What are you, some right wing nut? All those questions were fully addressed by Obama at a press conference last year /sarc.
