Just spoke with people VERY well connected with Palin's DC operation.
Reports that she has announced to staff that she is permanently out of politics are NOT true.
Three caviats:
1: She may have told Alaska staff that she is out of politics forever. 2: She may have told Alaska staff that she is out of ALASKA politics forever. 3: Word may have not filtered down to DC yet.
That said, senior DC people very close to her think she is very far from out of politics.

Larry Sabato on FNC was really angry. And it showed. He said it showed Sarah was unstable.
Now we will hear the talking point words, unstable, bizarre, erratic.
Frankly, when we see Sarah campaigning all over the country for the 2010 candidates we’ll see just how crazed the msm will become.

I don't know if her time at front center stage is done or not. I hope not, the country needs her. At any rate, see
post #6 for the absolute creepiest picture of Obozo ever.

And all that stupid lib harpy who always drags Palin into court will be able to do is sit and fume. She'll have to find a real job now that Palin is no longer Gov. I hope she realizes that now the DNC wont even return her calls.

Whatever her reasons, I don’t think suddenly resigning halfway through your first term as Governor is the best way to set yourself up to run for the Presidency in 3 years. (And what’s with the odd timing? The Friday before a holiday weekend? That’s traditionally “dump the bad news” time not “make good news” time.) She could have simply decided not to run for re-election next year and still had plenty of time to start a Presidential run, if that’s what she wants to do. Suddenly and unexpectedly quitting halfway through a first gubernatorial term is NOT the normal or preferred way to make yourself seem like Presidential material.

The MSM can keep chasing its tail on Palin - she’s not running. Why should she?
