Bad precedent IMHO. With this development, any Democrat who does not want a GOP candidate to become successful can concoct alleged violation after violation until you tire of the whole thing.
Hillary has more resilience than this unfortunately.
She is saying how insane it is trying to defend herself and the money and the lawyers involved and she is chosing not to tear down and waste precious time. Life is too short she says.
