I believe that was Laura Ingraham’s producer. I do not remember the details about the altercation, but Franken blew a gasket and got in his face. This was in 2004, I believe.

I'm amazed there wasn't a series of photos taken seconds later of the man beating the living hell out of Franken. Really, who would sit there and take a finger in the face lecture from that man?
