For those with a strong stomach, take a look at accused pedophile, Duke Professor Frank M. Lombard's book wish list for Amazon.com.

His choice in reading material tells it all!

I hope Amazon has checked out these books to make sure the "boys" pictured in them are of legal age.

My favorite, hands-down, was “The Anti-Racist Cookbook”.
I can’t imagine what was in it except lots of feel-good white liberal guilt side dishes like chitlins, mustard greens, etc.

I had no idea Amazon sold this kind of filth.

One of the ways in which hedonistic behaviors have spread to all suburbs and small towns is the ubiquity of online porn. Before the Internet, when dirty books and magazines had to be purchased in person, communities could drive porn purveyors out of town. People with highly specialized "interests" migrated into large cities and its back rooms so they could read about molestation unmolested. Now, no place is safe from the Internet's reach. Pornography destroys communities as surely as it destroys souls.

Still no 88-signature condemnation from Duke faculty....

There are several, but the one I use is the free version of CutePDF:

http://www.cutepdf.com/

When you print, you select the CutePDF printer as your print device and it makes everything a tight PDF document.

When this story first hit, I searched for the EnoCommons web site but the site was totally locked. I guess they were cleaning up all references to this particular self-labeled "perv dad".

I have visited a traditional family who live maybe half a mile from there in a lovely wooded neighborhood of suburban homes large enough for families with two or more children. There is a large, forested town park around the Eno River with children's play equipment. It chills me to think that unsuspecting families must have kids in school and camp with the children from this commune right in their township.

They can say "gay parenting" is just the same all they want; but it is not; nor is communal living a good environment in the absence of a strong moral commitment shared by every member, such as the Shaker communities. Most communes I've ever heard or read about since the days of the hippies and Jim Jones, are fundamentally about access to multiple-partner or illicit sex.

The Bible - book of Romans - chapter 1 - timeless truth.

The left swore that Lawrence v. Texas was about the lives of consenting adults in private.

When does an infant consent to be raised in an alternative sexual lifestyle home?

I haven’t travelled up the link to Amazon or the profile. But if there is a history (”profile established 2004, eg, purchased 2006...”) then it would rule out a “fake but accurate” profile for the purpose of smear (years in the planning to “get” him?).

Had a friend who had grown up in a hippie commune in Spain. She wouldn’t go into a lot of it, but she didn’t know who her father was and refused to have any contact with her mother. She was extremely angry about her childhood.

Now that just makes me sick. I can see them having a “Secret Santa” type thing just between the kids, but pairing an adult with a child? That’s just wrong.

Is this really FreeRepublic or did I just stumble across some lame gossip site???

Do you understand the particulars of the Lombard story, or are you just being a troll?

How is it that there are 37 posts and not one person has asked: 1: ‘’How is it that we know this wish list is real and not a set up or prank?’’ and 2. ‘’How is it that ANYBODY’S book wish list is up for public scrutiny or judgement?’’

Um....Amazon wish lists are public. You're embarrassing yourself.

Well it looks to me like most of the items were added in February 2008. So if somebody faked the list, they did it before Professor Lombard became a “celebrity child rapist.”

Could it be sanitized and posted here. I want to know if his eco-commune is “peak oil aware?” I have an axe to grind with some freaks that run a little PO site, and they happen to be of the “community.”

How is it that ANYBODY’S book wish list is up for public scrutiny or judgement?

You can set your wish list as public or private. If you set it public anyone can see it.

Someone do THESE STUDIES:

Not all democrats are criminals but ALL CRIMINALS ARE DEMOCRATS. I’ll bet 99.99% of all felons that ever voted when they could were liberal democrats!

Another good one: Not all democrats are dope-smokers, but ALL DOPE-SMOKERS ARE DEMOCRATS.

...and for Valentine's Day no less...

A holiday for non-platonic love and adult mischief.

Just a few allegations when it's a Christian group and the Feds are pulling up with tanks.
Let it be a pederast liberal compound and they can rape the little buggers till their heart's content.

Given that the Democrats have forced through a bill that places pedophiles into a protected class is it even illegal anymore to have sex with ones 5 year old son?

It is past time for conservatives to stand up against the double standards prevalent in our country. We’ve been silent for way to long!

If the state will go into a religious group and remove children based on allegations of sexual and physical abuse, why aren’t they entering into this group? There is only one of those two groups who have protections laid out in the Bill of Rights, and it is not pedophiles or gays!

NO group should be above the law....

Shame on Duke University
Shame on North Carolina’s law enforcement
Shame on North Carolina’s Social Services Dept..
Shame on Amazon for profiting from pedophilia
Shame on any homosexual group for standing up for this guy
Shame on any person living in this commune who knew about the sexual abuse of children yet did nothing to protect the child.
