I think it’s a scam. Farah won’t fall for it; he’ll make as sure as possible that it is real before he uses it.
This would be a great way to discredit Obama’s political enemies. The seller referred to vets who would protect him from Obama’s thugs “with guns.” That goes thud...too much like a left winger’s homeland security stereotypes.

E-bay may know it is fake and really be trying to protect anyone from falling for the scam rather than the assumption by some that they are trying to protect Obama.
