Exactly. After a major terrorist incident wiping out an American city we will have martial law and the Constitution will be suspended for the duration of the emergency. The emergency will not end.
If this scenario, foreshadowed by Joe Biden, should play out then it will require the Military to restore constitutional government just as it did in Honduras.
The difference between Honduras and here is that the President is the CIC. The military will follow 0's orders, don't kid yourself thinking otherwise.
