Fine. Whatever. That argument is so specious, it’s pathetic.

If a US serviceman or spouse gives birth to a baby in a German hospital outside the confines of the US base, isn’t that baby an American.

Of course. He's an American citizen.

Is he a "natural born" citizen -- not according to all existing case law, which refers to two American citizen parents and born in the US mainland.
