It’s ironic that the entrepreneurial spirit may be growing in the former Soviet Union while it is being smothered here.
First, I understand that this is a joke.
Second, a few years ago, this would have been written as:
A bunch of rednecks from Alabama have decided to take their bass boats over to Somalia and troll the waters looking for pirates.
