With all due respect, I hope you have read "Hoodwinked" by Jack Cashill. Pages 275-299 listed as End Notes. Documentation by the ton. This chap has really worked on this book. Not just a quick flimsy run through without an index, but pretty solid stuff. I concede this does not tie in with the President, since published in 2005.

Though a former working class stiff.....er person, much of my life's pleasure is books- "good books". I know a scholarly work when I read it. London accent here.

I don’t need to search Cashill. I know him, I know his work.

The term “conspiracy theorist” just doesn’t mean anything to me. It’s a bad world out there, people lie about big things. I appreciate an honest effort to expose those lies. That’s what Cashill gives, unlike, say, Alex Jones — who’s more of a cult leader than a journalist.
