I don’t know if any of you caught all the provisions that affect resale of existing homes, appraisers of homes, etc. This bill would require our homes meet certain ‘green’ standards before we could sell it. Appraisers would have to be retrained, and relicensed under this bill. We would have to spend literally thousands of dollars to ‘green’ our homes before we could sell them.
