The 300 pages apparently are modifications to the bill and not just appended pages. These clowns are writing this on the fly. Up to no good no doubt.

I just tuned into a guy trying to get Tauscher to say that reading the bill was worthless because the modifications have not been integrated into it yet, and all she could say was "we are following the established procedures."
