LOS ANGELES - Michael Jackson, defined in equal parts as the worlds greatest entertainer and perhaps its most enigmatic figure, was about to attempt one of the greatest comebacks of all time. Then his life was cut shockingly and so far, mysteriously short.

Wager Obama will give eulogy at MJs memorial/funeral service.
This is all about favorably redefining MJs image to KING of POP. His estate is apx $500,000,000.00 in debt. It makes good business sense to exploit his royalties.
I’ve heard people I respect say how talented he was, so I take their word. I just don’t like modern music, so I don’t get it, but I will accept the word of people who know more in this area than I do which is really about everyone. But he was too creepy for me to even give him a chance.
O.J. is an entirely different matter. There’s no doubt that a crime occured. There is in Jackson’s case. I wouldn’t let my children spend time with anyone I don’t know. Jackson included.
“Would you let your offspring spend a weekend with MJ?”
No, but I wouldn’t let my offspring spend a weekend with you either.
Death is the great equalizer....the rich and famous and the not so rich and unknown all die. Ed McMahon, Farrah Fawcett, Michael Jackson have all left their marks in pop culture. RIP.
I hadn’t thought of that. That will give him global face time...I guess he’s pretty happy afterall.
When a child molester dances and sings and wears exotic clothing, the world breaks down and cries when he passes.
The world is a canting hypocrite.
If anyone ever needed more reason to scorn the secular world and its deranged set of values, pay close attention to the circus which is now unfolding and which will continue for far too long into the foreseeable future.
Jackson was a sad, pathetic figure, blessed with a particular musical gift by reason of which, the world allowed him to commit blue murder. "We loooove you Michael......"
In case anyone is inclined to accuse me of hatred, this is not a rant directed at Jackson whom I commend to the mercy of Almighty God. May he rest in peace.
Rather, it is directed at the spiritual flatliners, Generation X cretins and sundry other vacuous humanoids who have no other point of reference save their iPods, MTV and their genital urges.
This is going to be worse than the fallout from Elvis' demise.
Fast forward to 3:46. Hearing him sing this is extremely creepy.

Again, you are making assumptions based on the media. None of us know what truly happened. Were you in the courtroom, did you hear the boy speak, did you see photographic evidence...??? Or did you get your info from the internet, TMZ, Hard Copy ??
Indeed. There is a lot of money owed to the billionaires that were backing his final tour. Everything Jacko is going to be carved up into tiny pieces.
Culture is more than entertainment. At least it used to be.
Why don’t you ignore them?
The word ‘Cultured’ implies a knowledge of the Arts and Humanities first and foremost.
Good question, I think I will!
I’ve got to remember your post when I meet my next M.J. aficionado.
Nobody heard the boy speak, because he was SHUT UP with 18 MILLION DOLLARS.
whether you shoot the witnesses against you, or paythem off to shut their mouths, it confirms your guilt. Just because it destroys the ability of the courts to prove his guilt, it does not dismiss the fact that he IS guilty. In fact it confirms it.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!
I agree. We have HUGE things going on that effect our lives. Regardless of how much or little one liked his music, he should not be the major news of the day. Heck, Farrah Fawcett died yesterday morning, and we recently lost Ed McMahan and Carradine (I’ve already forgotten which one). It’s sad when anyone passes away, but how does it effect our lives?
