No. Only a mugshot of the driver would identify who it was.
It 'appears' that way because he wrote to his girlfriend McNear from Hawaii in 1982, when he told her he was visiting his mother. Nothing certain, just a coincidence...
But far more likely than the Martha Trowbridge scenario that had Barrington Hughh Anthony Smith, born in 1959 in Kingston Jamaica, who changed his name to Bari Shabazz in 1974, was actually Obama, who died in 1994 and was replaced by a CIA stooge, which was utter garbage.

I am essentially in agreement with you that Barrington Hughh Anthony Smith born in Jamaica in 1959, who had a name change to Baril Shabazz in 1974, was not, could not, have been Obama, and Obama did NOT die in 1994.
