hahahaha... A governor deserves and has a right to some “me” time. He deserves some privacy, and it’s no one’s business, not even his wife’s. Besides, he was only hiking the Appalachian Trail. Everyone in SC knows about it. Everyone.

I should feel sorry for the people so caught up in the cult of personality that they went out of their way to try and defend the guy yesterday. But I don’t. It was obvious the guy was up to no good. He’s a politician. POLITICIAN.
I think we, as conservatives, have to drop the personality cult thing and simply support those who will support our ideas and principles. If we try to support them as “great human beings”, we’ll continue to be disappointed. As a general rule, decent people do not get involved in politics.
