That would require guilt on his part. That still doesn’t change the fact you and the lynch mob charged, convicted, and executed him before he took the stand. That’s the problem here all along. No benefit of the doubt, no presumption of innocence. I was defending HIS right to defend himself and got savaged for doing so. You think that’s right ?

there is no presumption of innocence in the court of public opinion, least of all for conservatives. a savvy pol would know that. i am wondering if this was beyond his control. guess we will see.
