Nobody needs to demand anything. Reports are that he’s done this before. More than once. But that’s probably not a “FACT” since it doesn’t correspond with what others WANT to believe.
Republicans can get nowhere with defective candidates, better to flush them out from now than find out they are flakes or have baggage later on when they get higher up the food chain.
