The likely real reason it was moved indoors:

“Update at 10:25 a.m. ET: As The Oval writes, moving indoors “will raise the temperature of some journalists” because there are only 49 seats in the briefing room.”

Less seats means fewer reporters and fewer questions. I am sure each one that gets a seat or is called upon is a set up as usual.

Not letting POTUS sweat

###

President Obama's Tuesday press conference was moved inside to the Brady Briefing Room, rather than the Rose Garden ... as previously planned, the White House announced in a release.

The reason why it was moved inside:

in the Rose Garden, POTUS might have sweated in the summer humidity. Oh, and the press corps would be baking in the heat.

Sorry Barack, but there were no Muslims on the Mayflower"

Speaking at the University of Cairo, President Barack Hussein Obama said that Americans are indebted to Islam for the great contributions Muslims have made to the history and development of the United States.

“I know that Islam has always been a part of America’s story,” Mr. Obama told the throng of unenlightened Muslims. “The first nation to recognize my country was Morocco. . . And since our founding, American Muslims have enriched the United States.”
