P.S.

Yes, I am still in Panama.

You will never, ever recognize Panama City today. It has high-rises like you wouldn’t believe.

Most everything has been modernized.

English is the second language.

The president elect is an actual conservative as we know a conservative to be in the U.S. It is the first in my lifetime.

There are first class restaurants, first class malls, first class supermarkets, first class healthcare, first class everything in this paradise.

Why should I go live anywhere else when the entire world is falling apart?

You need to comeback and live here.

One exception: The traffic is truly awful.

Info is suspect as it is the State controlled media that is supplying the information...

I agree. More from AFP, Witnesses report fierce clashes on Tehran streets

..........."The witnesses told The Associated Press that between 50 and 60 protesters were seriously beaten by police and pro-government militia and taken to Imam Khomeini hospital in central Tehran. People could be seen dragging away comrades bloodied by baton strikes.

Some protesters appeared to be fighting back, setting fire to militia members' motorcycles in streets near Freedom Square, witnesses said. "...............

“Well, I hope you enjoy some corvina ceviche and rum and coke there today. :-)”

Yes I do enjoy the ceviche. We also get good rum from Cuba. And for you cigar aficionados, we also get Cuban cigars.

Do I sound like I am bragging? Naw...never, ever. : )

Really, this is a great place to live, espcially now.

From Sky News'Fire' At HQ Of Iran President's Supporters

"Supporters of defeated election candidate Mirhossein Mousavi have reportedly lit a fire at the headquarters of the Iranian president's backers in Tehran.

Police have fired shots in the air to prevent clashes between those who favour pro-reformer Mr Mousavi and those who support hardline President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, witnesses say."...........

And from Radio Free Europe Exiled Iran Opposition Group Holds Big Paris Rally

"PARIS (Reuters) -- Tens of thousands of supporters of an exiled Iranian opposition group have rallied outside Paris to denounce the government in Tehran and last week's disputed presidential election.

Scores of chartered coaches brought supporters of the French-based National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) from countries including Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands to an organized event at an exhibition center near Paris.

Supporters chanted slogans and waved yellow flags and banners reading "In support of the Iranian people." They gave an ecstatic greeting to the movement's leader, Maryam Rajavi.

"The sacred rage that has exploded in the streets across Iran is different from all the previous demonstrations, protests and uprisings," Rajavi told the crowd, according to a translation of her speech.

"The religious dictatorship and all of its repressive institutions must be dismantled," she said.

Organizers said 90,000 people had travelled to the Villepinte area to support the movement in more than 1,000 coaches and minivans. Supporters at the rally itself filled one hall at the vast Villepinte exhibition center near Paris.".........................

I’ll be working till 11PM tonight. Looks like we do not yet see large mass gatherings today. The core protesters may now see themselves with little cover.
