Wait and see!
What kind of muslim bigots will come out?
Anyway OBAMANUT will love them
We should feel pride for the Iranian demonstrators and pray they are freed from the mullahs and their crazed president. They were an educated modern society until Carter sold them out.
Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.
Pretty clever...
um...they aren’t contesting the regime they are contesting the elections. Even if they “win” the only thing that will chanage is the President within the regime (no small feat to be sure). This is, personally, not a “revolution” that I would myself participate in. There are no values behind the protest other than “my guy didin’t win, our vote must not have counted”. Somewhat reminds me of 2000 elections (not to say Iranian elections are anything like American elections).
I can’t quite comprehend this; what policies does Mousavi plan to inact that are so drastically different than what exists today?
Big DIFFERENCE. At least Mousavi would not pursue obtaining nuke weapons and threatening an ally, Isreal.
You really believe that? It was under the Mousavi premiership that the nuclear policy was enacted. I would also suggest that the protestors are not considering Iranian nuclear policy as it relates to foreigners while they protest
Prime Minister Mousavi is 100% in lockstep with the current regime regarding nukes, Israel and the USA! He's just another demon in that islamic hellhole. If you're all thrilled about this so called 'revolution' happening in Iran because you think Mousavi is a good guy you are in for a very rude awakening!
Let the people rise up against the mullahs. Let them rise up against the repressive and backward islamic republic and I'll support them. As it stands now, no thanks.
From what I gathered reading about the protesters is that they want more personal freedom and better relations with the outside world. This is a start.
Well at least what is going on is a start.
Plus also have not only personal freedom, better working relations with the outside world, but also a leader that will not play the game of holocust deniel as well as threatening Isreal.
“Remember that Mousavi/Karroubi is not our Ideals, we just voted for Change.”
