Carter, IMHO, is nothing more than a New Dealer who hasn't bothered to look beyond the politics he learned down on the farm while the peanut subsidies kept coming. He, like all of his Rat/Rino colleagues, uses class warfare and the "brotherhood of man" shtick to attract useful fools.
That's all he has. In real crises, Jimmah was and is always helpless. Unfortunately, it appears we now have his second coming in the White House.
