He didn’t use the term Raped. He said she got knocked up. Whether or not he believed Willow was there is up for debate and we sure as heck won’t ever know.

Not so. If he was unaware of her presence 'at the game', then he would not have made a comment about Governor Palin's daughter getting knocked up 'at the game'.
Letterman is a sexist jerk, but we have given him more publicity than he deserves.
Jerk is much to mild, he's scum. On the other I agree, he shouldn't get any further publicity, just a good old fashioned pink slip and retirement in dishonor.
