There are no hormone producing glands to keep healthy with a regiment of herbs and vitamins and eyes of gnats.

What about it? The pituratory gland isn't the only gland that produces hormones.
Why do you think it is when women have a total hysterectomy that they have terrible hormone problems? No amount of herbal remedies will correct this problem.

The majority of hormones are produced by the glands of the endocrine system, such as the pituitary, thyroid, adrenal glands, the ovaries or testes.

The anterior pituitary, thyroid, parathyroid, and pancreas produce peptide type of hormones.
The hormones secreted by the adrenal glands and ovaries or testes are called steroid hormones.

Not all hormones are produced by endocrine glands.
The mucous membranes of the small intestine secrete hormones that stimulate secretion of digestive juices from the pancreas.
