Thanks, but there must be something in there about “counts.” I’m sure the animals that have been found are just the tip of the iceberg, and with the proper handling (since he looks like he’s proud of what he’s done) he could admit to a lot more on tape, and have lots of time to ponder the workings of the legal system.
That may be wishful thinking on my part, but I’m an optimist by nature!!

Well each cat could be a separate charge but lets get real, 5 years for each cat would equal 95 years. I'm not sure the tax payers want to pay for him to be incarcerated for that long, plus I am assuming he is a first time offender (yeah I know big deal) and we have tons of offenders who commit horrible acts of violence against humans who don't get that kind of sentence. I am thinking about the child molester BOR has been profiling who received a 1 year sentence, can't think of the state. Hate to be a realist but just calling it like I see it.
