What a poorly written article. It doesn't describe what "liquid fuel" it runs on.

According to the Capstone website, they can run on a variety of fuels

Low or High Pressure Natural Gas
Biogas (landfill, wastewater treatment centers, anaerobic)
Flare gas
Diesel
Propane
Kerosene

I have since checked out that site, it seems like impressive technology. It is strange they didn't mention that significant piece of information in the original piece.
