I hope you emailed the publisher to express how wrong this is. NY Lawyer is owned by the NY Law Journal, which has contracts with the state court system and state bar. The publisher, at least, probably doesn’t want to start being seen as biased because those contracts could be jeopardized.
No, why bother. She is much better off being out of that PC circus. She will prevail and be better off for it after her experience.
