This bill sucks as do smokers. The states should regulate tobacco, not the FDA.
Still, an added benefit is that it gets the smokies panties in a twist and the babble about transfats and the slippery slope.

Nah, King Alcohol will be the deadliest product sold in America when this gets done. Actually, it already is, but these fags would probably say it comes in third after globull warming and tobacco smoking. But tobacco smoking causes globull warming, so I guess that makes it numero uno AND dos.

We've down this road before . . .Any FReeper who posts on threads related to tobacco or cigarettes already knows your DUmmie attitude for control and government regulation, as well as your antipathy for freedom of choice. Go share your philosophy with others of like-mind at DU or KOS, please.

“This bill sucks as do smokers........”
Just another govt intrusion on personal choice.
You have strange tagline for one who apparently does not mind mining your neighbors wallet.
Well rest assured when they are done with the smokers they will be coming for your wallet.
I am sure that govy will find some choice to tax you on also.
