Mr. Obama going after Mr. Limbaugh in court would just put the issue front-and-center where everyone could see it: Can you imagine what the Drudge Report, UK newspapers, Washington Times, Fox News, talk radio, etc. could do with this if BHO were stupid enough to go after Rush? Everyone on Earth would have heard about it within a week!
He would never challenge Rush in court. Then there would definitely have to be discovery. But his slimey cultists will go after Rush with every weapon they have at their disposal while trying to downplay the BC and/or COLB.
Rush knows what he is doing. Just what he has already said is bringing them out from under rocks and baseboards.
I can’t believe, after hearing Rush for years, that he didn’t plan this, or that he hasn’t geared up for a very real knockdown dragout to the mat this time.
