What about the ‘truth’ of the Eqypt Air flight whent he pilot was forcing the plane into the ocean, despite the attempts of the crew to pull him back and him praising Allah the whole way down(caught on the cockpit recorder)? That was determined to “not be terrorism” and I always shook my head at that idiocy.

Yeah ... just like the “truth” about TWA 800.Nelson DeMille has a good take on that. The "evidence" in the book was "lost" on 9/11.
I sure wish I could recall the name of the book...
