They will be made to stop killing children. End of story.

Killing a few Nazi soldiers on D-day didn't end the holocaust. A better analogy would be killing one gas chamber operator didn't end it, another took his place. Someone will take Tiller's place.

The way it ends is with the restoration of civilization including all the protections of the law to everyone. Sometimes that requires a war and great sacrifice. Sometimes it's a political battle. I don't see how this one is anything but political.

Unlike being a run of the mill concentration camp guard, which was a duty acceptable to many Germans to carry out, Killer-Tiller abortions are horribly unpopular among abortionists. And it isn’t just the danger of being killed by a nut.

Killing a whole huge bunch of Nazis ended the killing. We could have waited a year and used nukes on Germany though.

At the moment this particular battle is strictly political. On the other hand you know very well that the second the law shifts and the practice is once again discouraged you are going to have your Leftwingtards undertaking an armed uprising against us.

Leftwingtards have no moral compunctions against murder.
