I was thinking he might mention female genital mutilation (female circumcision) that is practiced by muslims. It is reported that an estimated 130 million Muslim women and children, averaging nearly 6,000 a day, have undergone sexual mutilations. This, of course, along with the hajib, is quite a fashion statement.
