That’s been my father’s policy for years now. Also, the preaching staff at my church will only hire butt-ugly old ladies to be office secretary.
I’ve seen in some TV shows where a supervisor or some head of an office has a glass office, where he can see out into the entire office.
Now, that might not be a bad idea for a pastor, to have a glass office, for him to see out into the entire office area or someone to see in, either. That’s what you call “transparency” for sure... :-)
