They are not coordinated enough. If an Israeli/Iranian or a North Korean/anything breaks out, I would not be suprised to see the other act. These countries have diverted massive amounts of time, energy, aggravation, and capital. This is the culmination. There are plenty of others on the sideline, eyeing their neighbor for whatever reason. I would expect a few to act. I can't believe this joke we've got in the white house (no caps).
