no thank God... it's a 600sqft cabin. three years ago i insulated the floor and sided it with rough cut lumber with a layer of insulation under the TyVec, then two years ago i put in ~50R of insulation upstairs but the walls are still empty.

so this year they raised my assessment another $8500.
