While I understand your statement about killing the innocent, You can not justify killing the Doctor within the same logic. I feel the same as you but can NOT justify killing of the Doctor. I under stand that you may justify that by saying that lives were saved, but in this instance, others would have performed the same function.
So, you can either protest or kill - I could not in any way justify killing another human being for any reason except self defense. So...what are your reasonings for killing?

The hell I can’t! What about in defense of others? The babies he slaughtered were the most innocent of innocent lives. The doctor was cosmically guilty of unspeakable attrocities and deserved worse than he got. That others might have done the same is fallacious as can be — one might attempt to use it to exhonerate or mitigate anything. Monsters need be slain one at a time.
