It is not a crime now. It used to be a crime, It may be a crime later, but it is not now.
The only crime that has been committed in the here and now is cold blooded first degree murder.

How, then, did we prosecute the Nazi’s for “war crimes”?
They were NOT crimes, when they were done, not by Nazi law!

Why the movement to make abortion illegal if it’s not legal to begin with? Abortion is a crime against humanity, it’s not, however, a crime by definition of law. Terminology is important if the goal is to reduce abortions.
