Police charged 30-year-old Antwon Scruggs and his 27-year-old girlfriend Laurnecia Fulton with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
They should also have charged them with having really weird names.

***WINDER, Ga. — Lt. Frank Farr, an investigator with the Winder Police Department, said he had never seen anything like it in his 20 years of service — a takeout window for drugs. ***

When my dad bought an old farm in a dry county of Arkansas we found where the previous owner, a bootlegger, had it set up for a drive through service.

I’ve seen drug dealing done through hedges and outside convenience stores. They all got caught, BTW.

One would hope that people this innovative would get a real, legal, productive job, but I guess that’s just wacky!

Nothing terribly new here. I seen it in Pittsburgh, a couple of folks dealing from their street level window.

AMW featured a entrepenuerial gang in Brooklyn that locked homeless in a basement and forced them to man windows for sale of drugs.

I knew of a pot take out window when i was a teenager.
You would knock on this kids basement bedroom of his mos house, a hand would come out and take your cash then return with a bag of weed.

Bootleggers used similar methods in the past. You put your money down on a certain stump in the woods, and the next day you pick up your jug of whiskey.
