Being on welfare, sitting on a couch, watching CNN and no meat, no cholesterol will guarantee one fatsoassia.
How about they eat more and exercise less than white women? Why is this possibility never explored?
This is just insane. My weight gain is everyone else’s fault for not liking me. I shovel more food into my mouth because I think you don’t like me.

Obesity has everything to do with one’s genetic predisposition. When a person attempts to diet their metabolic rate slows ( in an attempt to conserve the fat) and those 15 or more hunger hormones go NUTZ!
Fighting fat is notoriously hard to do. Once lost, the person feels constant and unremitting hunger every minute of every day. Most can't fight this extreme hunger and that is why most diets fail.
Only one thing has show significant success at permanent weight loss: Surgery!
Perhaps all this could be explained by the possibility that lots of people look down on fat chicks who appear to lack self discipline, personal pride, and mature judgment.
If the fat black checks say they are discriminated against, I’d bet that it’s the fatness that causes the lack of adoration, as opposed to the blackness causing the lack of adoration, causing the stress, causing the eating too much.

People who are starved (either by a self imposed diet or by the Nazis) rather quickly regain their normal set point weight when given the opportunity to eat. If their set point weight is obese then that is what they will end up with.
It is very, very, very difficult to lose and keep off weight. Everything in a person's body rebels against it. The hunger hormones go off the chart, the metabolism slows to a stop, and the person feels unremittingly hungry. It is a constant minute to minute battle and few win it.
The only solution that has any success is surgery.
It is actually far easier for a smoker to quit smoking, or for an alcoholic to permanently abstain from alcohol, than it is to lose and keep off unwanted pounds. At least for the smoker and the alcoholic the craving eventually cease. For the obese who has lost weight they never get even one minute of relief from hunger.
I lost 80 pounds about 5 years ago. My metabolism is soooo slow that I eat only 1200 calories a day...and...I ski 5 days a week from December through April 15th. I have managed to keep the weight off. It is a daily HELL ON EARTH! If there is food in heaven, I am turning around and leaving. Surely hell couldn't be any worse that what I fight every **minute** of every single day.
Normal people can eat a Thanksgiving dinner. I get the equivalent of a cube of cheese and three saltines, while everyone else gets to enjoy themselves and relax. Not a great life believe me. Hunger it the first thing that greets me in the morning and the last thing I struggle with at night. It **never** goes away.
I recently read about a vagus nerve snipping operation that has shown success in eliminating hunger in the obese and those who have lost weight. I have an appointment with my doctor to ask him about it.
You are partially correct my friend. I have always been skinny... then for some inexplicable reason, I decided that I wanted to be muscular... and I started drinking a lot of protein shakes without working very hard (of course).
As you can imagine... my weight did balloon! But all in the mid section. So I decided to instill a little of the family discipline and got my weight down AND got my muscles... My body fat is now under 5% and I'm 45 years young... so if I can make a lifestyle change... anyone can.
