Mine were lost on a fishing trip when the boat tipped over......we managed to hold on to the stringer of fish tho.
Those are some tragic stories. No more so than mine though. You see, I moved to Florida recently and badly underestimated the heat, humidity and termites. I left my guns for just a day or two and the next though I knew the socks had nothing but sawdust, melted plastic and rusty powder in them. It was heart breaking. So much so that I can’t bear the thought of buying new ones.

I know, I know... with all this rampant crime you just can’t leave your weapons home alone. Its sad that you had to load up your fishing boat that way...
