The LEGISLATURE AND THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH IS WHERE POLICY IS MADE, NOT THE JUDICIARY. DO THE WORDS SEPARATION OF POWERS RING A FAMILIAR NOTE?

The Legislative and Executive branches need to stop being derelict in their duties by allowing activist Judges to make law.
I.e., impeach the usurpers.
But since the Legislative and Executive branches won't do their jobs -- Ms. Sotomayor is correct: "The Court is Where Policy is Made" (even President Bush shirked his duty to veto the McCain-Feingold Campaign Finance Bill - thinking the Court would do his job for him ... that worked out well...).
