"Those listed as entitled to obtain a copy of an original birth certificate include the person born, or registrant according to the legal description from the governors office, the spouse or parent of the registrant, a descendant of the registrant, a person having a common ancestor with the registrant, a legal guardian of the registrant, or a person or agency acting on behalf of the registrant." Well HERE's a thought. Why not wave some money under that half-brother of Zero's living in a shack in Kenya to request a copy. He's living on less than 5 bucks a day in some tin shack according to news reports. Common ancestor and all that.

When I need a birth certificate of someone living even if they are related I have to have them sign for it. My own son had to sign off for BC he needed. I am in California.
Besides obama can just say no one gets it, he can seal it or maybe it is sealed as a adoption BC would be. His original would have amendments on it if any adoption was recorded.
Mitchell Langbert says the wording is not what Hawaii says it is anyway. I can’t remember what he said but it is on his blog. His thoughts are as important as anyone else in my mind. There are so many theories going around. /wink
