60% of Vermonters already work for the state or Federal government. I think the goal is to make it 100%. Yet if you hang around there long enough you will hear people talking about seceding from the U.S. and joining Canada. What makes them think Canada would be willing to put 800,000 more people on their dole I don’t know.
