Law is enacted by the Legislative Branch. the SCOTUS is supposed to make sure the law is constitutional. (We all know how well that works, and with leftists going to the courts to make law instead of interpreting it).

If he wants to challenge, great, have at it. More power to him, but a better way would be to challenge in the courts by filing suite, unless he wants to provoke an incident. In that case, his choice, but no whining allowed, and this guy whines like a little girl. Oh, and how about getting the basic facts straight.

We are going to see in the next few years an explosion of what might be called civil disobedience. I believe it is a manifestation of the ability of citizens to network (peaceably assemble) and organize via the web. The tea parties were a part of it.

City governments, county governments, state governments are all going to be faced with irate citizens who are tired of it all.

I think it is good. Excess government (tyranny) MUST be rolled back.
