Not according to the U.S. Supreme Court. They've never overturned their decision in Korematsu, which allowed WWII internment of U.S. citizens with Japanese (and some with Italian & German) ancestry.

Good point. I still stand by my own interpretation though. We all know that the Supreme Court is a joke when coming to interpretatin the Constitution.
