>What I would really like to see is another 20 to 30 million NRA members.
I am apathetic/ambivalent on that issue: it would be good to have the NRA better funded to defend more 2nd Amendment cases, but it is also desirable that as many of the new gun owners have as little documentation as possible on them as owning guns.
Do you see why?
They won't be able to hide. Its too late for that. Someone will turn them in to the "proper authorities" sooner or later. A neighbor, ex-wife or girlfriend, relative, co-worker. Hiding will just encourage the regime. It makes us look small and weak.
There is strenghth in numbers. They can't get us all at once, and that must be made clear before they try.
I'll continue flying the Gadsden Flag while waiting for the bastards.
While I see your point, if they have ever filled out a form 4473, paid for ammo or accessories or a firearm with a credit card, they are already on the list.
Might as well sign large enough they don't need their spectacles.
