I remember reading about this speech by VP Cheney weeks ago.

Did Hussein schedule his recently?

Yes, Cheney's speech was scheduled long before Obambi realized his Gitmo policy was crafted without full understanding of the consequences.

Of course, that won't stop the hollering of those suffering from CDS (Cheney Derangement Syndrome).

The two were scheduled to speak at the same time, but Cheney has told AEI that he won’t start his speech until Obama is finished. His AEI audience will be able to watch the president’s speech live on a large television screen.

“When President Obama makes wise decisions, he deserves our support. When he mischaracterizes the decisions we made, he deserves an answer.” Cheney will say, according to excerpts of his comments released before the speech.
