I wonder if Obama’s teleprompter got an advance copy of Cheney’s speech so the One could pre-but it?

Likely so. They were probably late so they could fine-tune their "message". I just heard a soundbite on the radio that was telling about the speech. The soundbyte said that Obama is doing this to clean up "the mess" that was left to his administration. Since I'm not listening to the speech, did he actually say that?
