Obama is in full campaign mode. He is still blaming the Bush administration for everything. This guy is so thin-skinned that we can expect such speeches in the future. He is way down in the weeds on this one.

And for a guy who is so enamored with the rule of law, why isn't he protecting our borders and deporting illegal aliens who have violated the rule of law.

It's all hindsight on Obama's part. That's all the Rats have had on national security for the past eight years. He will hide behind the "mistakes" of the previous administration, that had to innovate to keep America safe, for as long as he can.
